- To act as the product quality champion by designing, implementing, and managing testing standards and processes
- To develop a clear and traceable testing roadmap
- To identify risks or bugs and propose prioritized solutions
- To set up proper documentation for the online product
- To investigate and establish standards for data security
- To ensure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final outputs
